Residential Properties & Showings
If you are interested in renting from one of our residential properties, please download the josh@theshermanagencyinc.com or by mail to The Sherman Agency, Inc., 910 W. 8th Avenue, Denver, CO 80204. Residential applicants will be charged a $35.00 non-refundable application fee. Contact DJ to schedule a showing. Applications can also be filled out online from the availabilities page by clicking “Apply Now”.

Prospective applicants must acknowledge and read the Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR) Disclosure located on the residential availabilities page within the vacancy listing advertisement. This does not apply to commercial applicants.

Current tenants can visit our Tenant Portal to submit a maintenance request, make payments, or view their account.
